These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 64vip platform and all its services. 64vip is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. 2.3 Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide your full name, correct date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. The information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date. 64vip may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time and may request the necessary documents.

3.1 Security

You must keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately through our live chat support.

3.2 Account Verification

64vip reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. A copy of your National ID (NID), birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested for verification. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in your withdrawal being put on hold.

3.3 Account Closure

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount per method is ৳300.
• Deposited funds can only be returned to the same account from which they were sent.
• Deposits from mobile banking accounts registered in a third party's name are not permitted.
• Once a deposit is completed, it will be reflected in the account balance immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• 64vip reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Transaction Verification

For large transactions, 64vip may carry out an additional verification process. Withdrawals may remain on hold until this process is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

64vip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per registration.
• Certain games or bet types may be restricted when using bonus funds.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.

5.3 VIP Program

64vip has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active gaming.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered and confirmed in the platform's system. Any bet that was not completed due to a network issue will not be considered valid.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

64vip reserves the right to cancel bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect information display, or unusual circumstances. The original stake amount will be returned to the account for any cancelled bet.

6.3 Live Gaming Rules

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. If the live stream is disrupted, 64vip will decide whether to resume or cancel the game. 64vip will not be held liable for any situation arising from a technical error.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, the outcome of events will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports body (such as ICC, FIFA, BPL, IPL). If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or placing bets through a third party.
• Strategic or coordinated betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Placing bets using any kind of automated bot or software.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
